Within 30 days of a purchase being mailed out: ViRUS will gladly accept returns and/or make an exchange of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags intact. Refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Exchanges will be made for the amount the merchandise was purchased for.
Mail check:
A mail check will be issued for all returns on items purchased with a personal check. Please allow at least 14 business days for the mail check to arrive.
