*Uniforms will be not be manufactured unless paid in full at the time of ordering, or 10 days from the time an order is placed if a money order is the chosen method of payment.

*No refunds, only exchanges for a uniform or uniform piece. A 50% refund will be issued to students who drop out of the program provided the uniform has not been manufactured, otherwise no refund will be issued. Notification of attrition is to be provided within two weeks of order placement.

*Students have one week to try on their uniform from the time they have received it to notify ViRUS uniforms of an exchange.

*Uniforms to be exchanged must be returned unworn & unwashed in the fashion they were delivered to the student. Uniforms excessively wrinkled or unkempt in any way will not be accepted for an exchange.

Typographical errors

In the event a ViRUS product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ViRUS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ViRUS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ViRUS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Use of web site

Harassment in any manner or form on the web site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a ViRUS or other licensed employee, host, or representative as well as other members or visitors on the web site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the web site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
